Shipping Policy

Please allow 2–5 business days for all premade orders to be processed and shipped.

Preorder items are made to order and require additional production time. Please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for preorder items to be shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, Vital Worldwide is not responsible for:

• Shipping carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages

• Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
